Company Overview

Impact Communications is a content developer that combines creative ideas with the most appropriate technologies to effectively develop solutions that meet our client's communication needs.

Company History

Impact Communications is headquartered in downtown Cleveland's historic Warehouse District. Founded in 1979, the company quickly distinguished itself as a business that excelled at communicating corporate messages to specific audiences. The medium of the day was multiple-projector slide presentations (multi-image) programmed to original audio tracks.

Over the years we have embraced the evolution of technology, growing our expertise in the areas of video production, new media, and web development.

Times and technologies have changed, but we've stayed true to our mission: To prescribe and provide the most compelling and effective communication solutions for our client's needs.

Meetings & Events

Impact Communications specializes in creating meaningful and memorable meetings. The process begins by working with you to identify and establish key messages and takeaway information and crafting the concept. We then develop content that effectively expresses your communication objectives.

Impact provides planning, production and management services for conferences, seminars, trade show exhibits and conventions. We also provide production and entertainment for your corporate special event, whether it is a dinner party, or a community-wide celebration.

Web Applications & Multimedia

Impact Communications' web design team creates customized functionality that responds to the goals established for your web presence. The process begins with target audience analysis and project definition to ensure that the message is clearly crafted. From there, we create web applications that can include extensive back-ends, databases, and administrative functionality that allows your staff to easily update content.

Impact designs and produces robust interactive multimedia programs that enhance your message. We employ diverse technologies to reach and engage your audience and to satisfy their equally diverse learning styles.

Video Production

Impact Communications has three decades of experience in creating video programs for marketing, training, corporate events, and informal education.

Each production begins with our thorough understanding of your project's needs, challenges, and expected outcomes. We then develop the most appropriate video solution to achieve those goals.

Training & E-learning

Impact Communications designs and develops e-learning programs that are interactive, dynamic, and effective.

We develop courses that communicate with a variety of Learning Management Systems (LMS). We also offer customized solutions to handle your course management, enabling the program administrator, teacher, and student to track their progress and proficiency.

Exhibits & Interpretive Tours

Impact Communications works with our clients to gain a thorough understanding of the subject matter. We then craft stories that bring the facts to life. Our interpretive tours and exhibits deliver entertaining and memorable experiences.
